Flashing steps：
- Unzip and run the program.
- select after-sales mode.
- login account.
- then verify the package.
- click start.
- power off the.
note:
- Please backup the data before flashing.
- Before flashing, you need to log out of the cloud service account or turn off the search phone.
- Before flashing, please confirm whether the flashing tool is the latest version. Android 10 software versions cannot be rolled back. Rolling back will cause the phone not to turn on.
Flash tool-MTK:
- Unzip and run the program
- select after-sales mode
- login account
- verify the package
- click start
- power off the phone
- hold both volume up and down keys then plug in USB cable
- Wait for the green progress bar appear then release the keys
- wait for the upgrading finish
note:
